Join Chef Ayaka Guido (The Musket Room, Jean-Georges Public Kitchen) as she guides residents through step-by-step preparation of the perfect Valentine’s Day dinner, Calabrian-style shrimp scampi.
Ayaka followed her passion for all things food to The Culinary Institute of America, where she graduated in 2010. She went on to hone her culinary skills at Little Park and The Musket Room (1Michelin star). Ayaka formerly served as the Chef de Cuisine of The Greens, following three years leading Jean-Georges Public Kitchen.
