Corporate: Dermot Virtual Mindfulness Meditation

We are excited to bring you a 6-week virtual meditation workshop with Elizabeth Benjamin starting Wednesday February 3rd.
Elizabeth believes that our busy lives often take us off center and then much of what we do is not true to our heart, living in what she calls, “the hijacked body”. Mindfulness practices shine the light on how much we’re either living in the future or living in the past. Elizabeth’s hope is to guide her students to come back into their hearts and their bodies and begin to experience peace by living truthfully in the present moment.
There is a 15-min intro/short teaching, followed by a 15-min guided meditation.
